Qualifications

• 10–15 years overall experience with 7+ years leading large enterprise product programs.
• Experience in a research/AI/ML or technology organization is required; knowledge of AI concepts and research culture is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills for cross-functional, executive-level collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on, detail orientation.
• Ability to derive insights from data and use project management and data analysis tools.
• Ability to partner with senior executives and both technical and non-technical teams.
• Exposure to AI tools like Claude/Cursor is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related disciplines or equivalent technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs by aligning scope, release planning, and cross-team vision.
• Drive weekly product review meetings with stakeholders to guide decisions.
• Develop partnerships with functional stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Coordinate workgroup meetings addressing release issues, dependencies, and milestones.
• Provide visibility to program status through regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage program dependencies across multiple teams and functions.
• Anticipate and remove obstacles to keep projects on track.
• Provide monthly program reviews and sprint state updates.
• Create a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning.
• Be a catalyst for advancing Salesforce's Product & Technology strategy globally.
