Job summary

Bidgely is hiring a Solution Architect to lead the technical design for our UtilityAI platform across global utility customers. You will collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Delivery teams, and Product Development to ensure implementations are technically sound, on time, and scalable.

The role requires a BS/MS in CS, 3–6 years of cloud-architecture experience with enterprise clients, strong communication, and a passion for staying current with new tools.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 3–6 years of proven expertise developing and driving solution architecture for cloud-based, B2B implementations.
• Excellent track record designing and delivering system architecture for customer-facing deployments with large enterprises.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multi-project time management.
• Desire to stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution design and development for Bidgely's utility customers with global teams.
• Map customer requirements to product features and finalize needed customizations.
• Provide deep technical guidance to PMs and Delivery Managers throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage select customer engagements using standard onboarding processes.
• Define and own the technical gate process to ensure on-time, quality launches.
• Review product performance, test plans, and risk mitigation from contract to launch.
• Coordinate communication between Product Management and delivery teams on issues.
• Mentor peers and onboarding staff on technical methodologies and product capabilities.
