Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in program/project/technology management, consulting, operations, or a combination of these.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work with senior leaders.
• Strong in Resource Management; Technological, Organizational and/or Operational Change Management; Portfolio Management; Conflict Resolution; Negotiation; Risk and Controls; and Partnership and Influence.
• Experience taking complex and ambiguous information and refining it into meaningful content and clear action plans.
• Ability to establish and build strong relationships and partnerships across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence, organize, and direct people across various seniorities, teams, and departments.

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted confidant and partner to the PM domain leader, balancing ideas and operational strategies, and providing broad perspectives.
• Prepare for sessions and internal processes (e.g., Monthly Business Review) with due diligence and preparation.
• Drive the Book of Work for engineering teams to align to OKRs and track deliverables on an integrated roadmap.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis while ensuring proper data handling.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Business Management for communications and partnerships.
• Manage resources, track headcount and financials to budget, and maintain organizational hygiene.
• Create and maintain cadenced processes to ensure consistent execution of deliverables.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations and materials to support executive decisions.
• Co-lead talent management sessions with HR and conduct promotion radar reviews.
