Qualifications

• 6+ years in program/project/technology management, consulting, operations, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leaders.
• Strong in Resource Management, Change Management, Portfolio Management, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, Risk and Controls, and Partnership and Influence.
• Experience turning complex information into meaningful content and actionable plans.
• Ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence and direct people across seniorities and departments.
• Commitment to diverse, ethical, accountable leadership.
• Desire for increasing management responsibility and project ownership.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Serve as confidant and partner to the PM domain leader, balancing ideas and operational strategies.
• Prepare leaders for sessions and internal processes with due diligence and storytelling.
• Drive the Book of Work for engineering teams aligned to OKRs and roadmap.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning, RAID, and executive updates.
• Promote reuse-first AI practices for governance and reporting.
• Partner with HR, Finance & Business Management for communications.
• Own resource management, headcount and budgets, maintaining organizational hygiene.
• Create, improve and maintain cadenced processes for consistent execution.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations and materials for executive decisions.
• Run talent management sessions and promotion radar reviews.
