Affirm is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility planning programs across engineering, product, and analytics. You will drive lean processes, align cross-functional teams, and establish data-driven frameworks to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of proven experience managing programs, processes, and change management in a technology-focused environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.
• Strong stakeholder management with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-visibility planning programs and streamline processes for building and delivering customer and merchant products.
• Align efforts with goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive change initiatives.
• Establish and run data-driven operational frameworks to view portfolio performance against OKRs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on strategy, priorities, and decisions.
• Implement lean processes and foster a culture of continuous iteration and better ways of working.
