Responsibilities include planning, AI-assisted planning validation, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program management workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations and escalate when uncertain.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute detailed project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Leverage enterprise-authored AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis while ensuring data handling compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing roadblocks with contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Use advanced analytics to assess program performance and implement data-driven improvements for efficiency.
• Champion agile delivery practices and a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review and delivery standards alignment.
