Qualifications

• Ability to review AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations with escalation when uncertain.
• Advanced stakeholder management to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in agile environments.
• Ability to translate objectives into manageable tasks and actions using analytical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis while ensuring data sensitivity and proper validation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with goals.
• Apply analytical reasoning to assess performance and drive data-driven optimizations.
• Champion agile delivery and continuous improvement, fostering learning and innovation within the team.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review to ensure delivery standards.
