Job summary

Celestica, Inc. is seeking a Technical and Customer-Facing Program Director to own a strategic customer program, from concept through NPI to volume ramp, in the Americas region.

You will serve as the primary technical contact for the customer and lead matrixed teams across hardware, software, and manufacturing to meet quality, cost and schedule targets. Qualifications

• 15+ years in hardware product development and 7+ years leading complex programs.
• Experience delivering data center hardware for hyperscale or tier-1 OEM customers.
• Proven ability to lead cross-site, cross-functional teams and manage phase-gate processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan and drive EVT through ramp.
• Govern phase-gate reviews with clear criteria.
• Serve as primary technical contact for the customer.
• Manage escalation path and resolve issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sites.
• Define and apply program RACI and change control.
• Ensure manufacturability input early and test readiness.
• Align supply chain qualification with schedule.
• Provide program health reporting to leadership and customer.
• Drive on-time, on-budget program delivery.
