Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Program Director to own a strategic customer program from concept through NPI to ramp. You will act as the primary technical contact for the customer and lead a matrixed team across hardware, software, systems engineering, and program management.

You will work closely with supplier development, manufacturing, and site NPI to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets. This role requires leadership across North American and Asian teams and extensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years in hardware product development and 7+ years leading complex technical programs.
• Experience delivering data center hardware for hyperscale or tier-1 OEM customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan (schedule, milestones, phase gates, budget, risks).
• Lead engineering and program teams through a matrix; set priorities and resolve trade-offs.
• Serve as the customer's primary technical contact; run engagement cadence and quarterly reviews.
• Own the customer escalation path and resolve issues at the lowest effective level.
• Define and apply the program RACI, decision rights, change control and reporting.
• Bring design-for-manufacturability and design-for-test input early; confirm test readiness.
• Align supplier qualification and material readiness with the program schedule.
• Report program health to senior leadership and the customer.
