Job summary

Celestica is hiring a Technical Program Manager – Data Center Infrastructure to lead the development and deployment of modular data center form factors. You will configure designs to order, working with cross-functional engineering and delivery teams from design to manufacturing, site assembly, and commissioning.

You will guide major programs, build schedules, and drive cross-functional accountability while collaborating with engineers, executives, and technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant project/program management experience.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project and standard productivity software (Google Sheets/Slides/Docs).
• Strong financial acumen with understanding of profitability metrics (EBIAT, ROIC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program lifecycle (WBS, schedules, deliverables).
• Coordinate interdependencies, manage risks, and meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.
