Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred in related field

• 3+ years of relevant project/program management experience
• Strong financial acumen and profitability metrics understanding

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program lifecycle planning and execution from kickoff through manufacturing to site commissioning
• Coordinate interdependencies, manage risks, and ensure targets for cost, quality and schedule
• Lead global cross-functional teams and establish governance across engineering, supply chain and manufacturing
• Manage program budgets and forecast actuals across labor, materials, and expenses
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across projects
