Job summary

KeyLogic, LLC in the United States is seeking a senior Technical Program Analyst to oversee a team of project monitors supporting a federal program focused on execution, oversight and performance monitoring of large-scale energy infrastructure and demonstration projects.

The role requires experience with federal processes, complex program management, and the ability to coordinate with government stakeholders, contractors, and interdisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• US Citizenship required.
• Experience supporting federal programs, with a preference for DOE experience.
• Experience in development and management of first-of-a-kind commercial demonstration projects.
• Experience providing programmatic support for active financial assistance projects (grants, cooperative agreements).
• Strong documentation skills (technical writing, editing, layout, production).
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic federal environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and technical support for active federal financial assistance awards (grants, cooperative agreements, OT awards).
• Support negotiations and go/no-go reviews by evaluating technical, financial, and performance data.
• Review and support contract and award modifications for compliance with federal policies.
• Conduct detailed invoice reviews to validate costs and alignment with budgets.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics; maintain records and reporting tools.
• Prepare briefing materials and participate in quarterly progress reviews.
