Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst with a Top Secret clearance to support a federal program. The role is remote and demands strong analytical, procurement, logistics, and cost analysis capabilities across multiple functional areas.

The successful candidate will collect and analyze data, develop schedules, track milestones, and prepare documentation for leadership and government clients.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze program data to support leadership decisions.
• Provide procurement support, tracking actions and coordinating with contracting personnel.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, and documentation.
• Conduct program cost analysis, monitor expenditures, and prepare cost reports.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely movement of resources and personnel.
• Prepare program documentation, reports, and briefings for stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Support development of management tools and tracking systems.
• Assist in status reviews and executive briefings with government clients.
