Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a senior leader to manage a technically focused sales team. You will guide strategy, develop personnel, and align team objectives with broader business goals.

Responsibilities include optimizing processes, collaborating across departments, and ensuring high service quality and timeliness for customers. A Bachelor’s degree and several years in technical sales leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in technical product sales; 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to develop employees and/or supervisors in a technical sales environment.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, technical product knowledge, and alignment with business goals.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt plans to resource and operational challenges.
• Experience providing technical guidance to team members, colleagues, and customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with sales and CRM software, analytics tools, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and results of the team within the area of technical expertise.
• Adapt departmental plans to address resource constraints and operational challenges.
• Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and customers to support objectives.
• Influence and guide stakeholders to adopt new perspectives or approaches.
