Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Leadperson to direct field personnel, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role emphasizes safety, QA/QC, and active involvement in pre-job planning and material logistics.

Qualifications

• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget
• Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning
• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field
• Usually possesses a minimum of three (3) years of assisting the Foreperson with the supervision craft personnel in a crew leader capacity
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions
