Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a supervisor to direct field personnel, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role includes overseeing safety, quality, and adherence to the scope of work, with emphasis on pre-job planning and effective field take-offs.

The successful candidate will coordinate material requisitions and logistics, act as a frontline contact for safety analyses, and lead crew leadership efforts to maintain high standards of workmanship while managing risks.

Qualifications

• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field.
• Usually possesses a minimum of three (3) years of assisting the Foreperson with the supervision craft personnel in a crew leader capacity.
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions.
