Job summary
DEPT® is seeking a hybrid Technical Product & Program Manager to drive day-to-day execution of a high-velocity AI-enablement engineering partnership for a premier global enterprise client. You’ll work at the intersection of product strategy and agile delivery, translating marketer ideation into technical sprints.
You’ll manage a pod of Forward Deployed Engineers, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure smooth workflow within the client's enterprise task-tracking ecosystems while
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience acting as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Agile Scrum Master.
- Deep experience operating within complex, proprietary enterprise ticketing and bug-tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of modern web app architecture, APIs, cloud environments, and emerging AI/LLM capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Translate the vision by partnering with marketing and business stakeholders to convert AI concepts into actionable requirements.
- Define MVPs, prioritize features, document business logic, and set expectations for rapid prototypes vs full production builds.
- Own day-to-day sprint management for your pod of embedded engineers.
- Manage project momentum within the client’s enterprise tracking systems; ensure tickets are routed and dependencies logged.
- Identify and resolve architectural and data access bottlenecks to maintain velocity.
- Bridge two enterprise units, cross-pollinating learnings and ensuring SLA compliance and architectural alignment.
