Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a highly strategic Group Director, Program Manager to lead a large AI-enabled engineering partnership with a premier enterprise client. You will bridge decentralized business units with a centralized MarTech team, shaping intake, governance, and scale while delivering measurable ROI to executives.

You will drive strategic intake, cross-functional leadership, and executive communication, ensuring alignment with the corporate roadmap and scalable practices across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles in enterprise software/AI.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and align stakeholders.
• Experience building intake matrices, triage workflows, and operational playbooks.
• Executive communication to translate tech challenges into business impact.
• Technical understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud architecture, and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine a structured intake framework for business requests.
• Host advisory sessions to clarify requirements before development.
• Manage phased rollout to scale program adoption.
• Coordinate between decentralized units and central engineering architecture.
• Collaborate with Product Sponsors and TPMs on prioritization.
• Forecast demand and plan capacity to match roadmaps.
• Codify learnings into repeatable playbooks for the enterprise.
• Define and report program KPIs and ROI to executives.
• Own cross-functional communication and SLAs for onboarding.
