DEPT® is seeking a Group Director, Program Manager to act as the overarching owner for a large AI-enablement engineering partnership with a premier enterprise client. You will bridge decentralized business units with a central MarTech team, guiding intake, governance, and executive communications.

You will partner with Senior Engineering Lead and enterprise sponsors to align on roadmap, scale, and repeatable playbooks, ensuring measurable ROI and strategic alignment across units.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management, product operations, or similar roles.
• Ability to navigate matrixed enterprise organizations and align stakeholders.
• Experience building intake matrices and governance playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic intake and triage, routing requests to the right tech track.
• Lead cross-functional governance with enterprise sponsors and TPMs.
• Forecast demand and scale engineering capacity to match roadmaps.
• Define KPIs and communicate ROI to senior leadership.
