Job summary

DEPT is seeking a highly strategic Group Director, Program Manager to own a large AI-enabled engineering partnership with a premier enterprise client. You will bridge decentralized business units and a centralized MarTech team, shaping intake, governance, and ROI storytelling across the organization.

In this role you will orchestrate the engagement lifecycle, manage stakeholder alignment with product sponsors and TPMs, and forecast demand to scale engineering capacity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, product management, or technical account management.
• Strategic agility in matrixed enterprise organizations.
• Experience building intake matrices and operational playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic intake & triage, designing structured intake and prioritizing business requests.
• Lead cross-functional governance between decentralised units and central engineering teams.
• Accountable for executive reporting, KPIs, and ROI narratives across the enterprise.
• Drive stakeholder alignment with product sponsors and TPMs.
• Forecast demand and scale engineering capacity to match roadmaps.
