Vision

Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a hybrid Technical Product & Program Manager to drive day-to-day execution of a high-velocity AI-enablement engineering partnership for a premier global enterprise client. You will bridge product strategy and agile delivery, manage a pod of embedded engineers, and ensure rapid prototypes align with enterprise standards for privacy and security.

This role requires 5+ years of TPM/PM experience, strong technical fluency, and the ability to coordinate across two enterprise business

Qualifications

5+ years as TPM, PM, or Scrum Master in tech or AI projects.
Experience with enterprise ticketing and agile delivery.
Strong ability to translate business goals into technical requirements.
Familiarity with cloud environments and modern web architectures.

Responsibilities

Translate the vision into actionable technical requirements and user stories for engineering pod.
Prioritize features and define business logic to support rapid prototype vs full production build.
Own day-to-day sprint management and task execution for the pod.
Manage the client’s enterprise ticketing, task, and bug-tracking systems to unblock work.
Identify and resolve dependencies, environment setups, and data access approvals.
Bridge two enterprise verticals and cross-pollinate learnings.
Track SLAs and ensure rapid prototypes delivered on time and on budget.
Maintain architectural alignment with data privacy and security standards.
