Job summary

You will partner with executives to drive innovation, lead cross‑functional teams (UX, Architecture, QA, Release), shape executable roadmaps, and establish performance metrics (OKRs/KPIs) to realize value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10 years in product management or technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.

Responsibilities

• Set vision for platform/product ownership and establish governance frameworks.
• Shape prioritized roadmaps and refined requirements with stakeholders and teams.
• Define UAT governance, quality gates, and risk acceptance criteria.
• Drive enterprise testing strategy and measure quality via OKRs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure delivery readiness.
