Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in software engineering, technical leadership, or related roles in large-scale organizations.
• 5+ years managing teams of engineers or technical contributors.
• Experience with enterprise software platforms, cloud-native architectures, and custom application delivery.
• Shaping and delivering software engineering vision with Agile methodologies and governance.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across stakeholders; excellent communication.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, analytics, compliance, and risk management incl. HIPAA/HITECH/GDPR.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and ServiceNow; awareness of AI-driven trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, definition, and execution of software engineering vision and strategy aligned with priorities.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to support scalable delivery.
• Partner with UX/UI, product, IT, clinical, operations, and marketing to ensure cohesive digital experiences.
• Oversee governance, analytics, and risk management to drive actionable insights.
• Shared accountability for architecture, integrations, security, and reliability across platforms.
• Influence decisions with compelling engineering rationale, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
• Guide creation of roadmaps, requirements, and release plans ensuring quality and business alignment.
