Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, insurance tech, fintexch, or related digital platforms.
• Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile product development with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with data‑driven decision making and close collaboration with software engineering teams.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned areas, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and refine priorities based on feedback and business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams across the product lifecycle.
• Support testing, QA, and post‑launch analysis to ensure quality and performance.
• Assist in Go‑to‑Market activities with documentation and enablement resources.
