Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate with independence to address ambiguous problem spaces and drive execution.
• Establish foundational program management practices, governance, and operating rhythms.
• Lead coordination across internal teams and external vendors with clear scope and timelines.
• Bridge gaps between regions, architectures, vendors, and organizations for scalable collaboration.
• Manage escalations and drive resolution of major delivery challenges.
• Serve as the primary program contact, communicating with senior leadership.
• Provide timely visibility into program status, risks, and decisions.
• Facilitate dialogue to resolve misalignment and enable predictable delivery.
• Oversee execution across teams and domains with effective reporting.
