Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives within the Authentication Solutions platform. You will own delivery timelines, coordinate with engineering, product, and security teams, and ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical program management with complex projects.

• Deep understanding of business context, customer use cases, system functionality, and tech.
• Excellent communication to lead meetings, build consensus, and articulate decisions.
• Experience managing dependencies and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate project progress by making crisp, timely decisions and clearing blockers.
• Decompose problems into manageable units from ideation to execution.
• Organize work for optimal delivery, negotiating priorities, facilitating progress, and raising issues to management as needed.
• Maintain TPM artifacts, track SDLC milestones, and manage dependency target dates actively.
• Secure shared understanding and buy-in for solutions, describe their impact on Mastercard and customers.
• Use communication as a preventive control, ensuring meetings are effective and decisions documented.
• Optimize approaches with data and drive continuous improvements through retrospectives and updates.
• Proficiently manage scrum delivery, understand business context, customer use cases, and system dependencies.
• Represent team services to stakeholders and external partners, bringing SMEs to meetings as necessary.
• Actively manage dependencies, influence vendors/partners, and align with program goals.
• Deliver independently while seeking direction from peers and managers.
