Job summary

Clarus is shaping the future of pet insurance technology by delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead initiatives from concept through launch, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and business stakeholders to drive impact.

You will conduct market research, own backlog prioritization, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and scalable platform development for veterinary teams,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or insurance tech.
• Proven experience launching commercial products or product features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to leverage data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Own backlog prioritization and trade-off decisions based on customer, operational, and business needs.
• Support go-to-market activities with documentation, training, and enablement materials.
• Monitor quality and performance with data-driven analysis and post-launch reviews.
• Partner with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success to deliver features on time.
