Job summary

Good co India is seeking an experienced technical product engineer to lead end-to-end product development. The role requires collaboration with product, software, hardware, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will drive architecture, feasibility studies, prototyping, and performance optimization while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring quality and security across releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in technical product engineering.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and system design.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical product development from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA and stakeholders to deliver products.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
• Drive architecture, feasibility assessments, prototyping, and performance optimization.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues through debugging and RCA.
• Ensure quality, reliability, scalability, security, and compliance with standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, specs, test plans, and reports.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and propose improvements.
• Manage risks, timelines, and engineering deliverables while maintaining quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Support cross-functional launches, releases, and post-launch support.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve performance and processes.
