Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Product Lead to shape strategy from ideation to launch. You will translate user needs into clear requirements and partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will align product roadmaps with customer demand, establish a strategy, and drive prioritization with stakeholders while ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are managed effectively.

Competenze

• BS or MS in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager and/or Technical Product Lead or similar.
• Proven track record in product development lifecycle from inception to market launch to post-launch.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, CX, and Analytics to ensure alignment of high-level solution with business requirements.
• Translate feature requirements into specifications and lead development, testing, and post-deployment delivery.
• Develop product strategy, create a roadmap, and prioritize features with stakeholders.
• Manage scope, planning, tracking, and change control for projects.
• Communicate project status and provide daily guidance to the team and management.
• Prioritize features based on user needs, business objectives, and market trends.
