Job summary

Odin Labs, Inc. in New York is hiring a Technical Product Manager to own the delivery lifecycle for product engineering.

You will identify the problems worth solving, shape the projects that solve them, and work closely with the engineering team to bring features to customers. You’ll partner with customers during discovery and with customer success on targeted outreach to increase adoption of released features.

Qualifications

• 7+ years owning the delivery lifecycle for a product engineering team.
• Engineering background used to read code and discuss tradeoffs.
• Strong product instincts to interpret customer intent.
• Experience coordinating rollouts across product, engineering and customer teams.
• AI-assisted prototyping of UX directly in code.

Responsibilities

• Find the problems worth solving with customers and data.
• Shape projects with clear purpose, outcome, and boundaries.
• Pitch what to build next and defend the problem and user.
• Lead project kickoffs and stay close to the team during execution.
• Defend deadlines by trimming scope while preserving quality.
• Drive adoption with docs, announcements, and customer success.
