Job summary
Tech Mahindra seeks a Developer Platform/Product leader with strong project management to drive platform initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee design, development, and delivery while coordinating with diverse teams to align requirements and scope.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in software development and project management.
- PM certification (PMP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of platform/product solutions.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project management.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical and project management issues.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and methodologies.
