Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 7+ years in delivering complex digital products.
• Proven ability to define outcomes, KPIs, and success criteria for multiple products.
• Strong collaboration with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver customer value.

Responsibilities

• Define and align outcomes with stakeholders; set KPIs and measurement plans.
• Translate strategy into epics and user stories; manage backlogs across teams.
• Lead feature delivery, communicate updates, and iterate based on results.
