Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own end-to-end value, usability, and performance of key digital products. You will partner with stakeholders, design, and engineering to define problems, set outcomes, and deliver customer-facing features that grow the business.

You will influence roadmaps, write requirements, and manage prioritization across multiple teams while applying AI and automation within enterprise products to improve experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years delivering complex products in a technology environment.
• 5+ years using analytics/optimization tools to inform product planning.
• 5+ years partnering with design and engineering to deliver customer-facing features, including roadmaps/backlogs and user stories.
• 3+ years experience with Salesforce Platform & architecture, data models, and out-of-the-box features.
• 5+ years of SaaS platform capabilities focus on stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Experience applying AI and automation within enterprise products, from identifying use cases to measuring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and align outcomes with stakeholders and set KPIs and measurement plans.
• Translate strategy into clear requirements and manage prioritization across deliverables.
• Lead feature delivery, communicate updates, and iterate based on results.
