Hone Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager, Care Engine, to own the infrastructure powering every patient's clinical journey. You will define how Hone's core systems behave, ensure reliability at scale, and partner with clinical, engineering, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in backend systems, rules engines, or platform infrastructure.
• Strong technical fluency with complex conditional logic and system architecture.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Energized by complex systems and reliable infrastructure.
• Experience in a domain with real regulatory, financial, or clinical stakes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Deep personal interest in health and longevity.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap for the Care Engine team, including rules engine, fulfillment pipeline, and billing.
• Ensure end-to-end reliability of Hone's clinical operations across teams.
• Define and track success metrics for reliability and delivery timeliness.
• Develop systematic audit practices to surface divergences between actual and intended behavior.
• Collaborate with engineering to design, specify, and ship new logic and integrations (DoseSpot, pharmacies, carriers, Health Gorilla).
• Measure launches' success and drive data-driven continuous improvements.
