Hone Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for the Care Engine. You will own the roadmap for the clinical rules engine, prescription and fulfillment pipeline, and subscription billing logic, partnering with clinical, engineering, and operations teams to scale Hone’s core systems.
You will own end-to-end reliability of Hone’s clinical operations, define success metrics, and build audit practices to surface divergences between actual and intended behavior.

As Senior Technical Product Manager for the Care Engine, you would own the infrastructure that powers every patient's clinical journey at Hone. The Care Engine encompasses the clinical rules engine, prescription and fulfillment pipeline, and subscription billing logic, and your work would determine when patients are due for follow-ups and ensure they receive their medications reliably and on time. You would report directly to the Head of Product Management and work in close partnership with clinical, engineering, and operations stakeholders to define how Hone's core systems should behave and ensure they do so at scale.
You would own the roadmap for the Care Engine team, covering the clinical rules engine, prescription and fulfillment pipeline, and subscription billing logic. You would take end-to-end responsibility for the reliability of the systems that run Hone's clinical operations, working cross-functionally with clinical, care operations, pharmacy operations, and engineering teams to ensure every patient's care runs correctly every time. You would define and track success metrics including rules engine reliability, medication delivery timeliness, and audit pass rate. You would build systematic audit practices to surface where the engine's actual behavior diverges from its intended behavior. You would partner with engineering to design, specify, and ship new logic and integrations with third-party systems such as DoseSpot, pharmacies, carriers, and Health Gorilla. You would measure the success of launches and develop data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
Hone is looking for someone with at least six years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on backend systems, rules engines, or platform infrastructure. Strong technical fluency is required, including comfort with complex conditional logic, system architecture, and working directly with engineers on design decisions. You would need an analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success. Experience in a domain with real regulatory, financial, or clinical stakes is expected. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required, as is a deep personal interest in health and longevity. The ideal candidate is energized by complex systems and by building infrastructure that others can rely on.
This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in the United States only.
