Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of scalable customer-focused products. You will partner with engineering, design, science, and business teams to define what we build and why, grounded in data and customer insights.

You will influence architecture decisions, set success metrics, and drive end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap by working backward from customer needs and analyzing data.
• Partner with engineering, scientists, end economists to define requirements for APIs and system components.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, science, design, finance, marketing, and operations to deliver on time and high quality.
• Define success criteria and metrics, and use data analysis to inform decisions, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
