Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Technical in Seattle to define and drive a long-term product strategy. You will translate complex customer needs into clear roadmaps spanning multiple teams, delivering meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.

You will influence senior leaders, evaluate architectures for scalability, and apply data-driven insights to accelerate product development, including generative AI capabilities to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a technical product manager.
• 7+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year product vision and strategic roadmap, guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, design, science, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate technical proposals and architecture decisions for scalability and long-term flexibility.
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives by influencing without authority and drive joint launches or partnerships.
• Establish metrics frameworks distinguishing outputs from outcomes and apply data analysis and experimentation to inform roadmap investments.
• Synthesize customer requirements and ensure product decisions are grounded in customer knowledge and validated through research.
