Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in thermal systems engineering, preferably with liquid cooling for high-performance computing or data centers.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, supplier management, and technology transfer.
• Strong understanding of liquid cooling reliability, safety, and performance challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead Thermal Strategy: spearhead new technology investigations and drive innovation in advanced electronics cooling.
• Solve Complex Challenges: address and resolve critical customer thermal needs using data center expertise.
• Shape the Future: define and execute Celestica's mid-to-long-term roadmap for global thermal systems.
• Lead designs, conduct analyses, set design strategy, and guide design engineers from modeling to manufacturing transfer.
• Conduct thermal simulations, postprocessing, and analysis from chip to facilities level to verify feasibility and inform designs.
