Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.

• 10+ years of experience in thermal systems engineering, preferably with liquid cooling.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead designs, conduct detailed analyses, set design strategy, and join department planning.
• Guide design engineers in complete ownership of thermal design from modeling to transfer to manufacturing.
• Conduct thermal simulations and postprocessing to verify feasibility and inform designs.
• Plan work and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet schedules.
• Size components like liquid cold plates, heat sinks, and flow networks.
• Advise on lab tests and document thermal test plans.
