• 15+ years of experience in thermal engineering, electronics cooling, or related disciplines.
• Proven leadership and impact through innovative thermal solutions and programs.
• Ability to influence technology direction across organizations and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Define long-term thermal vision, strategy, and roadmaps for networking, AI, compute, and data-center platforms.
• Identify and mature next-generation cooling technologies for future products.
• Mentor thermal engineers and collaborate with suppliers, universities, and partners.
• Assess thermal implications of silicon, packaging, and rack-scale architectures; guide design tradeoffs.
