Job summary

You will own a technical roadmap, translate customer needs into priorities, and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, program leadership, and field teams.

The role emphasizes leading complex, high‑value programs, balancing cost, schedule, and quality, and delivering robust solutions from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience with power electronics and MIL-STD specifications is preferred.
• Experience leading technical solutions for complex aerospace programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical baseline across aerospace power-electronics products including inverters and converters.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers, translating requirements into product priorities.
• Own and prioritize product activities, ensuring alignment with program goals and budgets.
• Coordinate across engineering and cross-functional teams to drive on-time delivery.
• Identify risks, manage trade-offs, and drive cost-effective, high-quality products.
