Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Program Quality Lead to drive quality operations in a highly technical aerospace manufacturing environment. You will partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Materials, Engineering and Quality leadership to strengthen our quality culture, develop people, and continuously improve processes and products.

The role requires deep expertise in aerospace quality systems, inspection methods, and leadership experience, including managing audits and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Typically requires University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
• Strong familiarity with inspection methods and inspection tooling
• Knowledge / experience with quality systems and standards such as AS 9100
• Prior experience as a Lead Auditor or leading internal/external audit activities
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and make timely, data-driven decisions in a high-pressure manufacturing environment
• MRO experience with AS 9110

Responsibilities

• Lead quality operations in a highly technical aerospace manufacturing environment
• Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Materials, Engineering, and Quality leadership
• Lead integration and execution of Quality professionals across spares & MRO teams and disciplines
• Lead Process Improvement opportunities using CORE and Lean Strategies
• Remain compliant with AS9100 & AS9110
