Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to own how developers, engineers, and technical executives evaluate and adopt our AI Agent platform. You will shape positioning and GTM for the technical layer, including Conductor, the Cresta CLI, APIs, and integrations.

You will translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that win over CTOs, run your own demos, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to drive launches, training, and field

Qualifications

5+ years of product marketing or solutions marketing experience to technical buyers.
Deep understanding of AI agents; able to demo features and discuss guardrails.
Proven track record owning positioning for a platform or developer-facing product.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional launches from strategy through execution.
Exceptional writing and presentation skills for engineers and executives.
Strong research and analytical instincts to turn customer and competitive input into a clear point of view.
Ability to run several priorities at once with appropriate effort.
Comfort operating with ambiguity and speed; proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Own positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for the technical layer of the Cresta AI Agent platform.
Develop the technical buyer narrative for CIO, CTO, VP Engineering, developers, and digital transformation personas.
Enable sales and solutions teams to multi-thread into technical buyers through training, plays, discovery, and demos.
Lead technical AI Agent product launches end to end, including narrative design, asset creation, field enablement, measurement, and iteration.
Create technical content across guides, blog posts, pitch decks, videos, benchmarks, customer stories, and more.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to deliver new products, training, events, and community programs for technical audiences.
Serve as an external evangelist through webinars, hackathons, and content that the audience wants to read.
Partner with Product and Engineering to bring market, competitive, and customer signals into roadmap prioritization.
Track the competitive landscape and sharpen differentiation against agent-native competitors.
