Cresta is seeking a Growth Engineer to own the Cresta.com platform end-to-end, shaping how our marketing stack and AI agents operate on Cresta's site. You will set the technical vision for the website, collaborate with brand and design on interactive experiences, and build the tools that let marketers ship without heavy engineering involvement.

You will also implement robust analytics, localization, and SEO enablement while driving AI agent deployment for marketing use cases.

Formación

• 7+ years of software/web/AI engineering or growth engineering experience.
• Strong across the stack: application code, APIs, data, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Cresta.com web platform end-to-end including structure, content flow, and integrations.
• Define the website stack vision and CMS evolution to meet marketing needs; Webflow today.
• Collaborate with brand/design on interactive experiences and maintain a consistent component system.
• Own instrumentation for GTM forms, gated content, events, and attribution; ensure data quality downstream.
• Build localization foundations for new markets (locale routing, URL structure, hreflang).
• Implement engineering practices to enable rapid, safe shipping without overbuilding.
• Contribute to SEO/AEO programs with relevant technical work.
• Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents on Cresta's platform for marketing use cases.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering from real-world deployments and identify tooling gaps.
