Cresta is seeking a Sr. Director of Product Marketing to define and drive the go-to-market strategy for Cresta Agents, reporting to the VP of Product Marketing.

You will own segmentation, positioning, and messaging for AI Agent and Agentic Assist portfolios and lead cross-functional launch efforts to accelerate adoption and pipeline. Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in Enterprise SaaS or AI.
• Experience leading GTM strategy for complex, technical platforms.
• Proven track record influencing executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic direction.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting at the executive level.
• Strong understanding of large language models and enterprise AI deployment.
• Experience building and scaling product marketing teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the development and continuous refinement of segmentation, positioning, and messaging for Cresta Agents portfolio, distilling it into clear, compelling collateral.
• Partner across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to define and execute GTM strategies that drive growth.
• Lead end-to-end launches and develop enablement for cross-functional teams.
• Influence roadmap priorities with data-driven insights on market opportunities and differentiation.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to shape Cresta's category narrative.
• Develop thought leadership perspectives and high-impact campaigns to fuel pipeline and reinforce leadership in AI Agents.
• Advise executive leadership on market dynamics and long-term platform strategy.
• Serve as a cross-functional leader ensuring tight GTM alignment.
