Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of project or program management experience, preferably in healthcare, health plan, or insurance environments.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders under tight timelines in a consultative capacity.
• Knowledge of FEP mandates and government-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives, potentially leading multiple efforts concurrently.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced, reviewed, and approved according to established schedules.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, and communicate impacts, decisions, and status to senior leadership.
• Facilitate structured working sessions and executive presentations; translate complex topics into actionable plans.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members to support a highly functioning team in a matrixed environment.
