Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager for a remote, contract role. You will coordinate high-complexity initiatives in healthcare, align business and tech teams, and drive timely, quality deliverables in a matrixed setting.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years PM experience, strong executive stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of government projects. W2 benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project/program management experience, preferably in healthcare/insurance.
• Experience with executive stakeholders (VP+), under tight timelines.
• Knowledge of FEP mandates and government-related projects.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Clear, concise communication to senior leadership on scope, timelines, risks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects, potentially leading multiple efforts.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced, reviewed, and approved on schedule.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks; communicate impacts and status to leadership.
• Facilitate structured working sessions and executive presentations; translate topics into plans.
• Mentor team members to support a high-functioning matrixed environment.
