Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to coordinate high-visibility initiatives within a large healthcare environment. This remote, contract role requires aligning business and technology teams, managing multiple priorities, and delivering on schedule with strong risk management.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with senior leadership, establish credibility, and bring structure to ambiguous efforts across concurrent programs.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of related project or program management experience.
• Experience with executive stakeholders, including vice presidents and above, under tight timelines.
• Knowledge of FEP mandates and government-related projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Clear, concise communication to senior leadership on scope, timelines, risks, and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives, potentially leading multiple efforts concurrently.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced, reviewed, and approved according to established schedules.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, and communicate impacts, decisions, and status to senior leadership.
• Facilitate structured working sessions and executive presentations; translate complex topics into actionable plans.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members to support a highly functioning team in a matrixed environment.
