Job summary

PowerSecure seeks a Technical Project Manager II to oversee engineering projects and manage communication, schedule, budget, scope, and deliverables for Microgrid solutions produced at our RTP and Randleman, NC facilities.

The role requires 5+ years in technical design and project management, a Bachelor’s in engineering, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; PMP preferred with some travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical design and project management roles.
• Bachelor’s in engineering or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact between Production Engineering and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Microgrid engineering disciplines and schedule design reviews.
• Establish internal design schedules and milestones for product development projects.
• Coordinate daily with Production Engineering for engineering and documentation per scope.
• Conduct design reviews before release to manufacturing and final sign-off.
