Job summary

PowerSecure in Durham, NC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams through all lifecycle phases. You will clarify goals with stakeholders, develop detailed plans, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while maintaining strong communication across groups.

The role requires PMP and 3+ years in manufacturing or construction, with ERP (IFS/SAP) and CAD knowledge and excellent MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Current PMP Certification or actively pursuing.
• 3+ years of PM experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Knowledge of ERP (IFS or SAP) and CAD (AutoCAD).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex projects with limited information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with teams and stakeholders through project lifecycles.
• Organize and delegate tasks to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
• Control project costs and ensure deliverables meet goals.
• Resolve blockers and adapt plans to avoid off‑track performance.
• Motivate the team and manage conflicts to foster collaboration.
• Document progress and maintain project plans for management.
• Foster effective communication with stakeholders about status.
